Explanation of your username: It's from an SNL sketch. Brian Fellow + pot-bellied pig = hilarious.
Describe yourself in five words: quirky, self-concious, relaxed, friendly, thoughtful
Where do you live?: Bay Area (Northern California)
Why do you want to join this community?: I'm interested in what other people's interests are and what they have to say. Plus, I've got plenty of time to kill.
Five favorite books: The Search for Delicious, The Outsiders, About A Boy, Two of Us
Five favorite movies: Billy Elliot, Back to the Future (1,2,3), Traffic, Bedazzled (the old version with Dudley Moore), Get Over It
Five favorite songs: Beautiful World - Coldplay, Walk - Blind Melon, Kiss Off - Violent Femmes, Old Brown Shoe - The Beatles, Do You Believe In Magic? - Lovin' Spoonful ...
Favorite quote: This is extremely cheesey but I just love it. And it's the first one that I thought of. "Your future is whatever you make of it, so make it a good one." From Back To The Future, hehe. It says something important and reminds me of something I like. It's just all-around familiar and nice.
Who is your hero?: I don't really have a hero, but I spose I look up to mom just because she's going through some really rough, scary things right now and facing them bravely, not letting them slow her down.
If you had three wishes, what would they be?: to read minds, be less self-concious, elongate every day of the week.
What is your theme song?: Walk - Blind Melon
If you were going to die tomorrow, what would you do?: Go swimming in an ocean, be with my friends and my mom, and eat lots of yummy things.
What does DNA stand for? (if you don’t know, just say so. If you cheat, you don’t belong here.): don't know...
I’m thinking of a number between one and ten: 7
If you could change your appearance, would you? Yes. I wish I could be satisfied with myself, but honestly, who is?
What are your views on:
Abortion: I can see both sides of the issue, but I ultimately think that it's a woman's right to choose.
Homosexuality: I definitely don't veiw homosexuality as a sin, or really anything different. My aunt is a lesbian, so it has never seemed wrong or gross in my mind since I have grown up around people who are gay.
The war in Iraq: We really never should have gone over there, but now that we've messed everything up, it would be wrong to just pick up and leave now. I'm all for helping and oppressed country get democracy but not random shootings of civilians an children.
Gay rights: See homosexuality. -and- I think that people are just people. Frankly, it upsets me to see all the protesting, and I just don't understand it.
“Titanic”: Haven't seen that one in years. I remember it being good, but then again, I was 8 or something, and I liked everything then.
Current Mood: sleepy
Current Music: Chicago - Frank Sinatra
Accepted! Welcome to the clique!
Awesome. So....where is everyone exactly?
